Enhancing Patient Safety Reduces Costs

This medical center serves over 1.2 million people throughout five counties in Northeast Ohio. Previously, employees used blue cards, imprinters and embossers as their systems for patient safety and identification. The discovery of FormFast not only enhanced patient safety and security, but also benefited the medical center in a multitude of other ways. The old systems were done by volunteers who developed packets so forms could be ordered as a group. Now, the orders are done directly through the computer. New software from FormFast that has been implemented at Akron General has had tens of thousands of dollars in savings.
